Q. If an anonymous user downloads six files from my account. What is the total download I will get?
A: We will count 6 downloads. For each file, we only count 1 download for each unique IP in 24 hours. In this case, an anonymous (unique IP) downloads 6 files from your account in 24 hours, so that anonymous IP is unique for each file.
Q. Do I need to be a premium member to get paid?
A: No, you will still be paid even if you are a free member. But you will need to join our affiliate program before start earning money. Simply enter your PayPal, WebMoney and AlertPay email or login.
Q. How many files are anonymous users able to download per day?
A: We have no limitation for the number of files that anonymous can download. But Anonymous and Free user need to wait a bit before downloading each file. Premium users will able to start downloading instantly.

Rules & Conditions
- We count every successfully completed download. For anonymous and free users that download from Fileserve, we count one unique file per each unique IP counted every 24 hours. This means, that an anonymous or a free user on the same IP, but downloading two different files will count for two qualified downloads.
For premium users that download from FileServe, we count one file per each unique IP counted every 24 hours. This means, that a premium user on the same IP, but downloading two different files will count for one qualified downloads. - Our rates do not carry any tiers. The above rate card applies for both Premium and Free users.
- You can request payout anytime via PayPal, WebMoney and AlertPay. Minimum payout is US$20. We approve all requested payments every Monday, and payout thereafter within 2 days.
- We pay you 25% from the earnings earned from affiliates, who you referred to FileServe. This is the highest payout you will find for any file hosting services.
- Downloads of files smaller than 1MB do not qualify.
- Your upload must meet our terms of service
- Downloads by your own account does not count.
- We require users to uphold certain integrities when presenting your friends with the upload. This means you cannot SPAM your files to your friends.
- You will be disqualified and banned if you try to manipulate our system.
- No restriction for any country - free downloads for everyone is guaranteed.
